By using FoxPost, you agree to use the service only for legitimate business purposes related to managing and responding to customer reviews on supported marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee). You must not use the service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content. You are solely responsible for the content published through your marketplace accounts.
FoxPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated responses should be reviewed before publishing. Features, pricing, and supported platforms may change with prior notice.
FOX Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of FoxPost. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This includes any impact on marketplace reputation or sales resulting from AI-generated responses.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Free tier users may discontinue use at any time without notice.
Your marketplace data is accessed through official OAuth integrations and is used solely to provide the FoxPost service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For detailed information about data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
